Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee costs: food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses within budget.
• Lead unit to drive sales and maintain quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
• Schedule staff and maintain adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Hire, train, and develop crew, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
• Ensure guest service excellence and handle complaints to drive repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local laws.
