Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP in Kaukauna, WI seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell unit. You will oversee daily operations, drive hospitality, food quality, cleanliness and guest service while modeling strong leadership and hands-on coaching.

Responsibilities include managing labor and food costs, staffing, performance reviews, hiring, training, safety compliance, and ensuring regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and personal grooming.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and train employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cost categories (food, labor, cash) are controlled per guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days/parts and scheduling needs.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew and management.
• Hire new crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs as needed.
• Coach and counsel staff to achieve certification and performance targets.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and comply with food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and workplace safety regulations.
• Address guest complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
