Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls.
• Positive, friendly attitude and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Control costs (food, labor, cash) to budgeted levels.
• Improve sales by focusing on service speed and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Hire and train crew, shift leaders, and managers.
• Coach and develop team to meet certification and performance levels.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure safety for employees and guests; report needed repairs.
• Remain accountable for guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Provide feedback to area coach through daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover by effective hiring and training.
