Responsibilities

• Ensure cost categories including food cost, labor cost, cash and controllable expenses are controlled to guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet scheduling requirements across all days and parts of the day.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew members and managers.
• Hire and train new crew members, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coach and develop team to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization following sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
