Qualifications

• Availability to work all shifts.

• Reliable transportation.
• Positive, friendly, and coachable.
• Able to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost categories (food, labor, cash) to budget.
• Improve sales by boosting speed, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain adequate staffing and scheduling.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew and managers.
• Lead hiring and onboarding of staff.
• Coach and develop team to meet certifications and performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per guidelines and laws.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Handle guest complaints to maintain repeat business.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through selective hiring and training.
• Assist with food preparation and cash handling when needed.
