Job summary

EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate U.S. Government contracts, grants, and related programs.

As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, and develop practical recommendations across pricing, cost accounting, and compliance while mitigating risk. You’ll collaborate with clients on proposals, audits, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA preferred.
• FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 familiarity and experience with government audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements through government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, analyze financial data.
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and pricing, estimation, and billing processes.
• Assist with audit readiness, responses, and remediation actions.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development.
