Job summary

EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts, grants, and related programs. As a Manager in GCS, you’ll lead engagements, supervise teams, and develop practical recommendations while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and other regulations.

You’ll work with industry-leading clients, strengthen controls, and contribute to proposals and practice development in a fast-paced government contracts environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200.
• Ability to interpret government acquisition and labor standards regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements in the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams and supervise team members.
• Analyze complex financial and operational data and develop practical recommendations.
• Assist clients with audits, pricing, cost accounting, and compliance improvements.
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and processes.
