Job summary

EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of US Government contracts, grants, and related programs. As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, manage teams, analyze data, and develop practical recommendations across pricing, cost accounting, and compliance areas.

You will work with industry-leading clients to assess risks, respond to audits, and improve business systems, controls, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation such as CPA/CFE/CFA.
• In-depth knowledge of US federal regulatory requirements including FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, SCLS, DBA/DBRA, IRA, and state prevailing wage laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements through the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, and analyze complex data.
• Develop practical recommendations for compliance, pricing, and financial reporting.
