EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts, grants, and related programs.

As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, analyze complex data, and develop practical recommendations to help clients meet regulatory requirements and improve cost accounting, pricing, and financial reporting. You will collaborate across a national network, coach colleagues, and contribute to proposals while traveling to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• At least one professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• Deep knowledge of US federal regulatory requirements for government contracts and grants (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, SCLS, DBA/DBRA, IRA).
• Proven ability to respond to government audits and remediation requests.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage client engagements throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
• Supervise workstreams and team members; analyze complex financial data and provide practical recommendations.
• Help clients assess compliance risks and strengthen cost accounting, pricing, and financial reporting processes.
• Develop technical responses to government award audits and audit findings.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and broader GCS practice development.
