EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts, grants, and related programs.

As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, and develop practical recommendations across pricing, cost accounting, and compliance. You will work with clients to assess risks, respond to audits, and strengthen business systems while supporting proposals and broader GCS practice development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 5–8 years relevant work experience with government contracts and grants.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE or CFA preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal regulatory requirements (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200).
• Experience with wage laws and government audits (DCAA, DCMA, OIG, GSA).
• Ability to develop technical responses to government award audits, compliance matters, and remediation requests.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage engagements across government contracting lifecycle.
• Supervise teams of 2–10 resources and coordinate workstreams.
• Analyze complex financial and operational data to develop practical client recommendations.
• Assess compliance risks and respond to government audits.
• Improve pricing, cost accounting structures, and business systems.
