Job summary

EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts, grants, and related programs.

As a Manager, you will lead engagements, manage teams, analyze complex data, and deliver practical recommendations to clients facing regulatory and compliance challenges. You’ll advise on pricing, cost accounting, audit readiness, and enforcement of wage and labor standards, while building client relationships and contributing to practice development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• At least one professional designation (CPA, CFE, CFA).
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related government regulations.
• Ability to develop technical responses to audits and remediation requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, analyze data, and develop practical recommendations.
• Help clients assess compliance risks and respond to government audits.
• Improve processes that support pricing, estimating, billing, procurement, and reporting.
• Contribute to proposals and broader GCS practice development.
