EY's Government Contract Services (GCS) helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts, grants, and public works programs, advising on pricing, cost accounting, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and related operations.

As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, manage workstreams, supervise teams, analyze complex data, and develop practical recommendations while helping clients meet FAR, CAS, and SCLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• Experience with FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related government contracting standards.
• Ability to interpret government acquisition and labor standards regulations.
• Ability to develop technical responses to government audits and remediation requests.
• Client-facing experience and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage engagement teams of 2–10 resources.
• Strong project and time management with negotiation skills.
• Travel willingness and reliable transportation.
