EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps clients navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts, grants, and labor standards.

As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, analyze complex data, and deliver practical recommendations while aiding clients in audits and cost accounting improvements. A willingness to travel and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. federal regulatory and statutory requirements (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200)
• Experience in government contracting, grants, or related environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements in the government contracting lifecycle
• Manage workstreams and supervise team members
• Analyze financial and operational data to develop practical recommendations
• Assist clients in compliance risk assessment and audit responses
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and improve pricing, billing, and contract administration processes
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development
• Travel to client sites as required
