Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a Manager of Product Development in Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a hands-on team delivering customer-specific software solutions. You will drive automation, architecture, and production-ready capabilities while partnering directly with customers to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Engineering management or technical leadership experience leading software developers.
Strong hands-on development experience in .NET or enterprise applications.
Experience directly with customers translating business challenges into technical solutions.
Proven track record designing, deploying, and supporting production software.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 15–20%.

Responsibilities

Lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team focused on customer-specific software solutions.
Partner with customers to understand processes, challenges, and automation opportunities.
Guide design, development, deployment, and support of production solutions.
Stay hands-on in architecture, development, and solution reviews.
Identify patterns across engagements for reusable platform capabilities.
Collaborate with product, platform, engineering, and customer success teams.
Mentor engineers and foster ownership and accountability.
