Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead strategic initiatives in the Power & Utilities sector. You will co-create operating models, drive sustainable value, and guide CFOs through complex transformations leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

You will design future-proof finance operating models, manage projects, and engage with senior leadership to deliver tangible improvements across planning, close, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle and PowerPlan.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerPlan implementation and integrate with ERP and EAM systems.
• Design and optimize finance operating models and processes.
• Advise on shared services, outsourcing and FP&A improvements.
• Oversee finance systems and automation initiatives and consolidation/reporting.
• Define deliverables, manage project timelines, and run client working sessions.
• Travel 60–80% as needed to meet client requirements.
