Job summary

EY's Finance Transformation team in the Power & Utilities sector is seeking a Manager to co-create strategies and design future-proof operating models that drive sustainable value for CFOs. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across finance domains, integrating PowerPlan with ERP/EAM systems and guiding transformation programs.

You will engage senior leaders, shape case-driven digital strategies, and execute end-to-end functions from FP&A to close & reporting, while traveling as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 2–4 years of consulting and P&U industry experience.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Business case development and digital strategy.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency and operational risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Finance sustainability.

Responsibilities

• PowerPlan implementation and ERP/EAM integration.
• Finance operating model design.
• Finance processes improvement.
• Shared services and global business services design and implementation.
• Outsourcing advisory.
• FP&A and financial planning.
• Finance systems and intelligent automation.
• Financial close, consolidation and reporting.
• Cost management and profitability analysis.
• Procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
• Asset and project accounting.
• Understand CIS systems and GAAP intersections.
• Understand FERC reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Define and execute deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and progress.
• Engage with clients and lead working sessions.
• Travel 60-80% as needed.
