Qualifications

• Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Planning processes.
• Project management experience in a corporate context.
• Analytical background to support analysis of employee data.
• Facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent discussions and succession planning processes and tools for the enterprise; programs to support associate and leadership development programs; mentoring and career pathing; and all performance management related processes and tools.
