Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager of Performance Systems to lead development of career development, talent planning, and performance management solutions for a high-performing workforce. You will partner with HR and business leaders to implement enterprise-wide processes and tools, including mentoring and career pathing, and support leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Planning processes.
Project management experience in a corporate context.
Analytical background to support analysis of employee data.
Facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of employment law.
18+ years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent discussions and succession planning processes and tools for the enterprise.
Support enterprise-wide associate and leadership development programs.
Establish a common approach to Mentoring and Career Pathing.
Oversee all Performance Management related processes and tools.
