Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager of Performance Systems to develop career development, talent planning, and performance management solutions for a high performing, engaged workforce.

You will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to implement enterprise-wide succession planning, mentoring, career pathing, and performance processes, while coordinating with the Senior Manager and field professionals. Travel is typically under 10%.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Planning processes.
• Project management experience in a corporate context.
• Analytical background to support analysis of employee data.
• Facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent discussions and succession planning processes and tools for the enterprise.
• Create programs to support associate and leadership development programs.
• Establish mentoring and career pathing approaches.
• Oversee all Performance Management related processes and tools.
