Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Manager, Performance Systems to design and oversee career development, talent planning, and performance management solutions that drive a high performing, engaged workforce.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to implement enterprise talent discussions, succession planning tools, mentoring initiatives, and consistent performance processes, shaping leadership capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of Performance Management and Talent Planning processes; corporate project management experience.
• Analytical background to support analysis of employee data; facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise talent discussions, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Support leadership development programs and mentoring; establish career pathing approaches.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to standardize talent tools and processes.
