The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Executive Talent to drive leadership development through data-driven decisions. You will steward executive talent data, manage succession reporting, and support CEO-level talent exposure programs for enhanced leadership continuity.

You will serve as the primary SME for the talent platform, ensuring clean data, robust reporting, and effective training for HR partners across the enterprise. Strong communication skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze talent or HR data with accuracy.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations, reports, or dashboards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• 20% Executive Talent Program Execution — coordinate CEO Talent Exposure programs and materials with leadership partners.
• 40% Talent Data Management & Platform SME — own data integrity and reporting, optimize platform usage, develop user guides.
• 10% Talent Planning Collateral & Process Improvement — create Succession Planning Templates and system guides, streamline processes.
• 30% Talent Reporting & Analytics — translate data into insights, design dashboards, surface recommendations for leadership.
