Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Senior Analyst, Executive Talent to enable data-driven leadership decisions at the highest levels of the enterprise. You will steward executive talent data, succession pipelines, and the talent management platform to provide timely, accurate insights for leadership decisions.

You will own reporting, analytics, and materials that inform succession planning and leadership readiness. You will partner with HR partners and technology teams to ensure data quality, drive platform

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related field
• Experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze talent or HR data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations, reports, or dashboards
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive associate and leadership data

Responsibilities

• 20% Executive Talent Program Execution - Supports the end-to-end execution of CEO Talent Exposure programs, coordinating logistics, participant communications, and program materials to ensure a seamless and high-impact experience for participants and senior leadership.
• 40% Talent Data Management & Platform SME - Serves as the primary subject matter expert for the company’s talent platform, owning the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of executive talent data across the enterprise.
• 10% Talent Planning Collateral & Process Improvement - Creates and maintains high-quality talent planning materials, ensuring resources are clear, current, and accessible to business partners.
• 30% Talent Reporting & Analytics- Serves as the Talent Reporting and Analytics SME, translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for succession planning and leadership pipeline strategies.
