Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in Missouri. In this 10–12 month program you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will develop leadership skills, learn recruitment, staff development, and performance management as you progress toward management roles, with a clear path for promotion and opportunities to impact customers and communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending best service.
• Offer optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegation and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
