Job summary

Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to grow future leaders in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and incentives.

The program develops leadership through role rotations, goal achievement, and ongoing training, with an on-site schedule Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and occasional extended hours as needed. Relocation may be required upon promotion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
