Tower Loan is launching a full-time Manager Development Program in which you will grow into leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, you gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations—while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

You’ll develop skills across management responsibilities, including recruitment and performance management, with a clear path to leadership within multiple offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
