Job summary

Internova Travel Group is seeking a Manager, Cruise Programs- Training and Operations to lead host training and development for Distinctive Voyages. The role is fully remote and supports onboarding, program updates, and workshops with cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in travel, strong curriculum design and LMS experience, and comfort working with cruise partners. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in the travel industry with exposure to marketing and training.
• Proven curriculum development skills with e-learning tools.
• Experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools.
• Strong MS 365 and Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage host training programs and education materials.
• Lead workshops at conferences and events as requested.
• Coordinate onboarding, pre/post cruise preparation, and program updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to create new cruise program education.
• Support interview/onboarding and manage host communications.
