Internnova Travel Group in Alexandria, VA seeks a Manager of Cruise Programs to lead training and development for Distinctive Voyages Hosts, including onboarding, program design, and workshops at EDGE and host retreats.
The role partners with leadership to manage host communications, interview onboarding, and ensure program standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences; travel industry experience and strong training skills are required.

The Manager of Cruise Programs is responsible for the training and support of our Distinctive Voyages Hosts. Working with the department’s leadership team, will be responsible for all host training, including but not limited to the development of programs such as the Into to the Distinctive Voyages Host program, new host onboarding, pre/post cruise preparation, program updates, as well as leading the development of workshops at both EDGE and the host retreat. Operational duties will include assisting with interviewing and onboarding new hosts, managing communications related to program updates, webinars, and events such as the Host Retreat.
This position is aligned to our Alexandria, VA office and requires periodic in-office collaboration. Team members who live closer to the office will typically work onsite 1-2 days per week, while those residing farther away within the DMV (DC, Maryland, or Virginia) area may be asked to attend in-person meetings approximately 2-3 times per month.Host and Advisor Training and Development
