Job summary

Gracegetawaystravelllc is seeking a Cruising Specialist to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a fully remote team. This role emphasizes teaching, clear communication, and organizing information to help new colleagues gain confidence as they learn new skills and systems.

You will help coordinate virtual training, guide teammates through processes and tools, and provide constructive feedback as individuals progress.

• Comfortable teaching, explaining, or presenting information to others.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Patient and supportive approach when working with individuals at different experience levels.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable learning and using online platforms and digital tools.
• Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in training, education, leadership, coaching, customer service, onboarding, or team development is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions.
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and available systems.
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training.
• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and educational content.
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities.
