Job summary

Grace & Getaways Travel LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Cruising Coordinator to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team. This role suits someone who enjoys teaching others, clarifying information, and helping teammates grow their skills.

You will coordinate virtual training, organize materials, and provide coaching and constructive feedback to colleagues at different experience levels, while maintaining orderly records and promoting a positive learning

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to teach, explain, or present information clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Patient and supportive with individuals at different experience levels.
• Able to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with training, education, leadership, coaching, onboarding, or team development is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions.
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and available systems.
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training.
• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and educational content.
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities.
• Answer questions and help direct team members to appropriate resources.
• Encourage participation in ongoing learning and professional development.
• Support individual skill development through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Assist with identifying areas where additional training or clarification may be helpful.
• Maintain organized records related to training and development activities.
• Collaborate with team leaders to support a positive and productive learning environment.
