Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management in Warroad, MN to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies across complex transformations. You will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive adoption and reduce disruption.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in change management, PROSCI/PMP/CCMP certs, and strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills, with experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, CCMP, or equivalent.
• Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple projects.
• Coordinate change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and milestones.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align change with business goals.
• Assess readiness, risks, and adoption barriers; inform mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures.
• Mentor change practitioners and grow Marvin’s capability.
