Job summary

Vaco is seeking an AP Manager, Global Shared Services in Alpharetta, GA. This on-site to hybrid role leads global AP/P2P operations, drives process optimization, and supports a SAP S/4HANA implementation across geographies.

You will manage AP teams, establish KPIs and SLAs, ensure SOX controls, and partner with Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to improve working capital and automation. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 10+ years in AP/P2P are required.

Qualifications

Job Description

Vaco is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an AP Manager, Global Shared Services. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing global Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations within a Shared Services environment. The position focuses on process optimization, automation, compliance, cash flow improvement, and supporting a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. The manager will lead AP teams, drive transformation initiatives, and partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and business leaders globally.

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodology experience.
• Background in automation, AI-enabled AP processes, and digital transformation.
