SRS Building Products, a branch of SRS Distribution Inc., invites you to join its Management in Trainee (MIT) Program in Joliet, IL. The 9–12 month program is hands-on and covers warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with a goal to prepare you for leadership roles.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, ready to relocate for dual-branch training, and eager to advance to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• 2+ years of related work experience if no degree.
• Preferred majors include Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar.
• Must be able to relocate for training within the United States and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of the business during training.
• Relocate for training and promotions across two branches.
• Develop towards leadership roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Work with Talent Management on development and mentorship programs.
