SRS Distribution, Inc. is offering a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at multiple office-based branch locations across several states.

The program spans 9–12 months, with hands-on training across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, aimed at developing future leaders who can rise to Branch Manager and beyond. Participants must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within two semesters of graduating, with preference for degrees in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating, is required.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all facets of the business through on-the-job training.
• Gain exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources.
• Relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Progress to leadership roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
