Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. offers a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at its branch locations nationwide, including Ohio, with a 9–12 month progression toward leadership roles. You will be hands-on in warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and HR, supported by mentorship and development initiatives.

The program prepares you to advance to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager, with a base pay of $25.50 per hour and relocation for training across two branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating
• Willing to relocate for training and promotions across two branches
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
