SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management in Trainee (MIT) program designed to fast-track leadership in our distribution network. Trainees will work hands-on from day one across warehouse, sales, finance, safety, and HR, with a clear path to Branch Manager roles.

The program spans 9-12 months, includes mentorship, and requires relocation across two branches with ~50% time in each. A Bachelor's degree or near graduation is expected, with a valid driver’s license.
