Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. invites motivated individuals to join its Management in Trainee (MIT) Program.

This nine-to-twelve-month, hands-on training pathway develops future leaders by immersing you in warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, and HR, with mentorship and corporate development initiatives to prepare you for roles like Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager. Participants gain exposure across two branch locations, with relocation opportunities to advance

Responsibilities
