The 9-12 month program provides hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with day one learning and mentorship. You will relocate for training at two branches in the United States, with progression toward Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating in a related major.
• Preferred majors: Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management.
• Willing to relocate for training and promotions within the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• participate in a 9–12 month Training across two branches (relocation may be required).
• Develop foundational knowledge across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources.
• Pursue progression to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
