SRS Distribution Inc. offers the Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at multiple branch offices in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio and South Dakota.

The 9–12 month program develops future leaders through hands-on experience in warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with mentorship and formal development initiatives. Starting pay is $25.50 per hour with relocation to training branches.
