Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc./Heritage offers a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program designed to rapidly develop future leaders in the building distribution industry. From day one you’ll be immersed in warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The 9–12-month program prepares you for roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager, with relocation between two branches during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating; preferred majors include Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar.
• 2+ years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources.
• On-the-job training with mentorship and corporate development initiatives.
• Relocation to two branches with ~50% time in each location for training and promotion to leadership roles.
