SRS Distribution Inc. invites applications for the Management in Trainee (MIT) Program, a 9–12 month, hands-on fast track to leadership. From day one, trainees rotate across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR to build a strong foundation.

Participants receive mentorship, on‑the‑job training, and corporate development opportunities with the goal of advancing to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Leadership qualities and strong work ethic.
• Proven history of success in roles requiring responsibility; volunteer work, clubs, or military service valued.
