WashU Car Wash in Carol Stream, Illinois, is seeking a Management Trainee to oversee daily operations, develop leadership skills, and pave a path to a General Manager role within 6–12 months. You will gain hands-on experience across the business while learning to lead teams and improve performance.

You will coach staff, drive customer service, and contribute to sales through memberships and partnerships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Management Trainee - Car Wash

Job Level: Mid-Level Leadership

Location: Carol Stream

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $18 - $21 plus commission & bonuses

About the Role:

Our mission is to be our communities' preferred car wash brand by obsessively pursuing excellence in all things. As a Management Trainee, you will act as the Assistant Manager of a site, helping lead daily operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. This role is designed to prepare you for a General Manager position within 6-12 months.
