WashU Car Wash, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team during shifts. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, delivering strong customer experiences, and guiding junior staff.

You will supervise tasks, coach teammates, and help drive membership sales while ensuring safety and efficiency across a fast-paced car wash environment. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time roles.

Assistant Manager – Car Wash

Job Level: Entry-Level Leadership

Location: Berwyn, IL

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $16 - $18 plus commission/bonuses, OTE $21+ per hour

• Physically able to operate car wash equipment and perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
