Job summary

WashU Car Wash is seeking a Management Trainee – Car Wash in Carol Stream to help run daily operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience across the business. This role is designed to prepare you for a General Manager position within 6–12 months.

You will contribute to staffing, customer service, sales through memberships, and ensure safety and cleanliness while receiving on-site training and bonus incentives.

About the Role
