WashU Car Wash in Berwyn, IL is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and coach team members during shifts. The role emphasizes fast, friendly service and a high-quality car wash experience while upholding company standards.

You will monitor performance, handle customer inquiries, upsell memberships and premium services, and ensure a clean, safe facility. Training is provided on-site, with flexible full- or part-time schedules and opportunities to grow into leadership.

Assistant Manager - Car Wash

Job Level: Entry-Level Leadership

Location: Berwyn, IL

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $16 - $18 plus commission/bonuses, OTE $21+ per hour

Benefits: We offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions available, ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week. Team members enjoy free car washes and the opportunity to earn commission on monthly wash membership sales.
