WashU Car Wash in Carol Stream is seeking a General Manager to deliver outstanding customer experience and own the site's P&L. You will lead daily operations, staffing, sales initiatives, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

This full-time leadership role offers autonomy, performance-based bonus opportunities, and the chance to influence community engagement while guiding a high-performing team. On-site training is provided to enable success.

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000/year + bonus incentives

About the Role:
