WashU Car Wash is seeking a Management Trainee – Car Wash in Illinois to assist the site leadership team, manage daily operations, and develop leadership skills. This role is designed to prepare you for a General Manager position within 6-12 months.

You will help lead staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive sales through memberships and local partnerships while supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Compensation: $18 - $21 plus commission & bonuses
