Job summary

WashU Car Wash, LLC in Carol Stream is looking for a General Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience and own the site P&L. You will supervise daily operations, lead a motivated team, drive sales, and ensure profitability.

This full-time position offers performance-based bonuses, leadership autonomy, and the chance to influence site success. Training is provided, with weekends/holidays required as needed.

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000/year + bonus incentives

About the Role:

You will oversee all aspects of site performance, including team leadership, operations, sales, and financial performance, with full ownership of your site’s P&L.
