Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC.is seeking candidates for its full-time Manager Development Program. In 10–12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will develop leadership skills, build customer relationships, and support the team as you progress toward management responsibilities. On-site schedule, with an emphasis on growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
