Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC in Pascagoula is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Development Program. Over 10–12 months you’ll gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and incentives.

This role focuses on developing leadership skills and a clear path to management. The program emphasizes internal promotion, on-site training, and practical exposure to loan processing, staff development, and performance

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
On-site location with typical 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

Develop proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Develop long-term customer relationships and recommend services.
Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist Manager in achieving office goals and delegating workloads.
Support recruitment, staff development, and leadership activities.
Handle loan documents and provide management support as needed.
