Job summary

Les Olson Company is seeking a motivated Managed Print Specialist to support the growth and management of our Managed Print Services (MPS) business in Las Vegas, NV. You will partner with Account Executives and customers to identify opportunities, conduct print assessments, manage renewals, perform QBRs, and drive new business development.

The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, organization, and proactive sales activity, including CRM documentation and quarterly reviews to expand MPS

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, account management, Managed Print Services, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with Managed Print Services sales appointments.
• Conduct customer print environment assessments and walk-throughs.
• Prepare assessment reports and support the development of MPS proposals.
• Coordinate quote and proposal creation by providing assessment documentation to internal support teams.
• Manage and complete assigned MPS contract renewals each quarter.
• Convert existing customers and identify opportunities to expand MPS agreements.
• Follow up on customer requests and action items from QBRs.
• Prospect for new MPS opportunities through cold calling and customer outreach.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline and participate in pipeline reviews.
